QUESTION:
I got an entire Trane unit installed about 10 days ago and my Thermostat states "recovery" which I understand what it means.
I wanted my house to be at 75 degrees at 5:30 p.m. and it's been about 2.5 hours now and it reads 80 degrees. Is this happening because the system is still new and that the thermostat is still in learning mode? |
| ANSWER:
Something doesn't sound right.
So it tried to recover 2.5 hours prior to 5:30 p.m. and the temperature rose? I doubt it's an issue with the thermostat learning the house.
Time to call the company back out. Let me know what they tell you. |
