QUESTION:
Im in Australia. Our measurements are celsius. So our normal temperature we put it on is 20 degrees. Which is 70. Sometimes my aircon stops and it starts flashing 10 degrees on my screen(50 F).Does anyone know if this is an error message or something?

ANSWER:
Does it say 10 degrees or just 10 if it is an error code you will have to contact the manufacturer if you don't have the book. There should be contact info on the subbase.
You need to ask them for both the homeowners guide and the installer guide.
